A. Manpower Supply for Drilling Service
We work as a manpower supplier, specializing in accommodating labors to oil and gas industries for its both offshore and on-shore site, including support staff for at office.
We recruit, accommodate and manage ranges of manpower needs for various work location such as Barges onshore an offshore Rigs all over Indonesia. We station them in regions thought the archipelago especially the ones with abundant oil reserve like Pangkalan Susu, Balikpapan, Ujung Pangkah, Java Sea and many others.
We are able to make any arrangement for various positions from the higher to the lower crews, including (but not limited to): Tourpusher, Driller, Assistant Driller, Pumpman, Derrickman, Roughneck, Roustabout, Painter, Mechanic, Assistant Mechanic, Electrician, Assistant Electrician, Crane Operator, Radio Operator, Materialsman, Storeman, Rig Clerk, Medic, Safety Officer, Barge Master, Welder, Motorman, Oiler and many other suitable positions.
B.Meter Reader Manpower For PT. PLN ( Persero )
Since mid 2008 PT. Karya Sejahtera Pratama has been trusted to manage kWh meter position number recording service of PT.PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jakarta Raya & Tangerang Kombis Tangerang customers. As one of pioneers in the field of meter kWh recording services, we really realize that these services represent top lance of PT. PLN (Persero) both in servicing customer and as top lance of PT. PLN (Persero) income contribution.
With this historical background, we continuously conduct coaching to all meter-recording officers the use of PDE ( Portable Data Entry ) as technology based meter recording instrument and the making and completion of Meter Route Reader (RBM)
